Who We Are

We are Team 1572 Hammer Heads. This is our fourth year competing in
the FIRST Robotics Challenge. Through the years we have made a name
for ourselves around our school and the rest of San Diego. We do
community service, go to local middle schools to teach them about
robotics and FIRST, help out our neighboring teams, and are slowly
making a name for ourselves in other states.

Our Goals

Our FIRST goal is to do our "homework" from Dean Kamen. After that we try our best
to spread the word of FIRST and let people know what it is and all the good it does.
We have been inviting people from companies and all over to come see us
compete at the San Diego regional so they can see for themselves what it is that we
do. Our other goal this year is to compete in the Hawaii Regional. However, we are
having difficulty raising money so all our members can go.
